| Here - a very interesting account by a “guinea-pig” in a research, done during a high-altitude medical expedition to Bolivia to observe how high altitude affects people. Then there is the afterward adventure: piranha fishing, searching for anacondas, swim in a pool with dolphins and alligators – weren’t they "agresivo”?;o) Crazy! I like it!

| Oh, I’ve heard too many myths about hospitality… However, this article almost made me believe in Georgians’ warmth, as the author claims to have gotten its first taste within a half hour of arrival. Read about old and new churches, great food, a lot of history, and awesome people – in other words, my next destination to see!

| I’ve always wanted to visit a place like this, where it seems like you can’t look anywhere without seeing birds and bumping into exotic animals or "paradise" type beaches you find in movies. The drivers are pretty wild in Costa Rica, but who cares? It’s a stunning place, and no wonder some people never came back after going there as tourists!

| Just like Jodie in this story, when hearing about Latvia or any other ex-Soviet Union country, I would ask: “Why would I go to any of these weird countries?” Not so after reading this. Riga is worth visiting: a beautiful medieval old town sprinkled with ultra-modern constructions and backed up with a very rich history.

| As different as they are, both Rome and Florence have an abundance of squares (piazzas) and fountains, often designed by famous artists. And, of course, the highlights are visited as well, but it's nice to have this theme.

| Although customarily known as “the land of sun and sea”, Malta is very rich in culture and has so much more to offer than just the beautiful sandy and rocky beaches, adorned by crystal-clear seas of the Mediterranean.
