| Some of one’s favorite memories are of his worst days. This is the case of Ally, who discovered the warmth and generosity of the Timorese people, graciously helping reassemble his dying motorbike several times. In East Timor, accommodation can be hardly found; so, in extreme need, one may find himself sleeping in a toilet ante-room (!).

When u’re finally sick of it, there are plenty of fun things to do: snorkeling, diving, shell hunting, bathing in the sun, deep sea fishing, horse riding, or even exploring the depth on a submarine.
