Quite simply, we liked Antigua, despite residents who were less friendly than on other islands. It has one of the nicer shopping districts and downtowns of any vacation destination we have visited.

Antigua is a great place for a beach vacation. One can easily get confused by the driving on the left and the bleating of goats. However, this only adds to Antigua’s charm. The circumnavigation trips around the island reveal hidden splendors. Not to forget, one can see the famous green flash just as the sun dips below the horizon.
